Return and Refund Policy – MyWillio

Returns
You may request a return within thirty days from the date your order was delivered. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts that are not the result of our error may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene, health, or safety reasons. These include intimate apparel, perishable goods, and personal care products. Digital items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Refunds
When we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are usually completed within five to ten business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team. We will process the exchange once the original item has been returned in acceptable condition.
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect. In those cases, MyWillio will cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking to ensure your return is delivered safely.
